German, anonymous, probably 1500s. Still learning to harmonise using GarageBand.

I'd welcome tips from anyone with more recording know-how than me (which is to say, just about everyone.)

One of my very favourite Christmas carols, though Richard Marlow's setting with double descant is the definitive version for me.
