Seduction

This track is part of a project that heavily features Swamp XT, a virtual synthesizer by one H. G. Fortune. Working playlist title is "Succubus/Incubus", but I'm looking for other ideas.

H G Fortune's VST instruments have remarkable, rich atmospheric and ambient patches that are more like sound effects than typical synth offerings. I like knob twisting and patch tweaking, but I'm nobody's sound designer and fully admit to being primarily a preset guy. So far I've done about five pieces, just using presets - they were just too good not to use. Apparently this generous person died two years ago, but his trove of freeware synths, including two versions of Swamp, are still available via archive. On the off chance that anyone reading this can both use VST instruments and hasn't stumbled across these yet, here's a link:

Recorded with Ubuntu Studio, also using DSK Virtuoso strings, MOX, and one sound effect from freesound.org.

Yeah, where it kicks in at the 2 min mark, that's when the party starts swingin'. That's some nice, laid-back, off-center stuff.
