Trying out a new thing with an honest song about actual life.
I'm not nearly as sad as this song would lead you to think, but these are the words that came together this particular afternoon. To be honest, I'm pretty happy – and pretty happy with how it turned out, after really struggling through trying to write anything recently.

Nice. "Sunlight through the sunroof glass" is such a great line, or at least the ways it's delivered here are perfect.
