The same song I posted a couple of weeks ago, but this time with live everything, including Hammond, drums, and Rhodes. No sims or samples involved... all recorded in the (very reverberant) Quonset hut. Mostly done as an exercise, turned out to be interesting I think. [more inside]

I think I managed to write a somewhat upbeat song! Well, upbeat if you ignore the title and lyrics. It's got: hammond organ, celesta, acoustic guitar, bass, drums, and some epic "Woo-oo-oooh" back up vocals.

Another song from yet another band I'm in, The Eric Weiler Band. Generally the quick-and-dirty go-to description many people find for us is along the lines of "Tom Waits singing for the E Street Band." Make your own call. I play the Hammond.

Someone gave me a Hammond Audio-Vari drum machine a few Christmases back, I enjoy really simple music so I put this together. It's inspired by a visit to a circus many years ago. I'm glad I've been drunkenly poking around Metafilter tonight, I posted some music on the 'Projects' section weeks ago but this is much more appropriate.
