Oh, I made this just to annoy y'all.

It's good. A little too derivative, but good nonetheless.

Thanks to you, goodnewsfortheinsane, I will never again be able to listen to Yesterday without getting that stupid Delilah song stuck in my head. It will probably a week before I can even listen to the Beatles. Thanks. Thanks a lot.

This is a bit like being stuck in a bar who's left the jukebox on while the band plays. Which is to say that it's perfectly awful in a wonderful way.

Hey - aren't you supposed to be busy mixing the massive Metafilter collaboration? No working on other songs until you get that done! [cracks whip]

This horrible band played here in Toronto at the big New Year's Eve celebration at City Hall and we don't have cable so we were forced to watch the local crappy countdown. And I don't know what's scarier...that this band of ugly dudes with premature comb-overs were playing the big New Year's show or that my 10 year-old daughter knew the words to that insipid Delilah song.
And of course I thought of you, you bastard.

It worked!

I had never heard that Delilah song before. Wish I could say that about Yesterday.

But I'm a sucker for this left/right channel schizophrenia, like in the VU's Murder Mistery, so I can't hate this.

Late to the party, but I'll confess--I was kind of hoping it would be mashed up with this Delilah. Would have been funny. as. fuck.
