Here's a first crack at adding a little gospel organ.
If someone else wants to come up with a better organ part, please feel free. I just played this quick on my laptop's keyboard.

It's the virtual hammond b3 organ within Apple Logic. You can play it with the computer keyboard (the f key=F, t=F# g=G, y=G# h=A, j=B, k=C, etc), but obviously, that doesn't give you the same range of variation in touch.

Yeah, the onboard organ that comes with Logic is really quite good, I've used it from time to time. I put it in this tune, for example, where it enters after the 2nd verse.
I like what you did with it on AZ's tune here, umbú.
