Strippers should definitely pole-dance to this one.
The deal is this: in May of 2005 I was in Charlotte NC waiting on my job relocation. I had everything packed except for a piece of crap dell computer and a piece of crap yard sale guitar that I had paid 5 bucks for. My computer didn't have enough beans to playback a sample and also play the instrument that was plugged in so I tracked this whole thing with the guitar on my knee unamplified, and a drum loop playing.
Throw in a little bass and a broken child's acoustic for rhythm tracks (courtesy of my son) and viola! rockstar wankery!
I added all the effects to the acoustic and the electric after the fact using "guitar rig". If you ask me, making music in such a shitty fashion is way more fun than an expensive studio anyway.

Oh, for sure! And you're right - this is a total epic pole-dance extravaganza. But only for the stripper 'prest with torment,' and just about done with "the life." Fantastic!
