Laid Off

In the soundtrack to my life, this song is the last two days.

I lost my job. At least I have time to make some music.

Jeez man, that sucks about the job. Not as much as it sucks that your song just blew out all my windows and gave me the headache of a lifetime though. I KID! But please warn me next time about those high frequencies or I'm posting a 20 minute brown note song.

Sorry about the auditory pain, I did add the owmyears tag. My next track is ready but I guess I can only post one a day, and it is acoustic and not owie to the ears at all. I figure making difficult music beats downing gallons of gin.

idiopath, this is cool. I like how the sounds creep in and out slowly and subtly.

The high pitched part is... challenging... but your music is always good for a fresh take on things. Keep it up!

Good luck on the job hunt too. I hope we've finally hit bottom with this recession.

Thanks, wastelands. I am working on some more accessible stuff at the moment, including an entry for that using an instrument the wrong way challenge and a cover of "dontcha" by the Pussycat Dolls (in the style of a Residents cover like Satisfaction or Man's World).

Heh, I'm listening and this is actually pretty cool in a crazy film soundtrack kinda way.

Sorry about the job...and good luck man!

That's some good ear exercise! I dig it. It reminds me of Metroid.

Also, it has a 4'33"-like effect, making me very aware of the other sounds in the apartment.

Unlistenable. The rage you must have.

Really adds an element of danger to listening to the feed. I truly feel your pain in more ways than one.
