All Day Long

Very short and perhaps sweet. I've been working on this kind of music for a while and this is a good example of where I'm at with it right now. Two Chord Challenge!!! ENJOY!

You other Two Chord Challengers...ROCKED!

I think this is the most tracks you've put into a single song so far, isn't it? It's a great turn for you and I think this style fits your voice (or your voice fits the style). Congrats man. The only thing I would suggest is that you use some beat as reference (even if you don't keep it in the final mix), because there's little moments where it seems to accelerate and then slow down. But I like it nonetheless.

Also, flattop?

When I played this my grandma started clapping and stomping her leg, just sayin. Nice stuff, I only wish it was longer and had more jug.

Hey thanks guys, I'm really tip toeing around the singing thing, but when I get mo better, I'll try to kick more ass.

micayetoca, a flattop is just a kind of guitar. Not terribly exciting, but here's a wiki for flat and arch top. And you're totally right about the timing...I need to get in the habit of using a click track.

Woo hoo!

One of my favorites among your songs, I think. It's very lively and fun, and I think you'll end up with a cool singing style if you keep working on it. You already sound nice and loose and like you're having fun, which is actually harder than you'd think. Bravo!

Also one of my favorites of your tunes. A lovely front-porch, free and easy feel to it.

Ha! Great. Needs some howlin' dog, though.

Hey, thanks guys! I think I'll keep playing this style for a while and see if I can kick it up a notch or two.

My dog was actually there with me, but after a couple of harmony takes he bailed!

Oh, I see. And about the dog, you mean to tell me that there were no dogs howling in there?

(just kidding)
