Unabomber

Cytochrome C - producer, MC. A lo-fi raptastrophe.

This is about as good a song as I'll ever make unless I either buy some real recording equipment or get some real musical talent. Neither of those two things will ever happen. I know my limit; this is it. I used an actual synthesizer and a drum sequencer on this one rather than a capella and found sounds.

I dunno, you seem kind of down on it, but I'm nodding my head.

Is the breathing sound on the left actual breathing, or what?

The drum sound is an online flash-based drum machine being simultaneously played over my laptops speakers and recorded by the intrinsic mic while sitting on the floor of my shower stall.

The vocals were recorded in the same location. It's where I'm used to rapping - in the shower.

The breathing sound is actual breathing. I recorded a minute-long take of myself breathing heavily which left me extremely light headed. I should have actually physically exerted myself first in order to prevent hyperventilation.

Everything else is a 1988 Yamaha PSS-680.
