INCORRECT.

Subtlety doesn't come easy when you're all insane.

During the course of the immense stupid, I discovered a new use for my newest toys. We decided to try a more in-depth examination of its potential, and hopefully, one that's not stupid.

INSTRUMENTATION:

Timbill Corder: Bowed Roto Toms, Bowed Cymbal
Trey Beauregard: Percussive Cello
Tommy Scheurich: Percussive Mandolin

like this a lot. there's some bowed cello in there too, is there? the bowed toms are great. really electronic sounding almost. i can imagine your neighbours with ears pressed to the wall like suction cups, wondering what the fuck you lot are up to. i'm sure mine do the same...

Nah, the neighbours aren't much the "subtle listening" type; more the "banging angrily on the door" type

I can't quite remember if there's actual cello bowing (if it is, it's with a violin bow, since I had the cello bow), or if it was Trey drawing the stick of the tympani mallet across the string. The mandolin was played with a tympani mallet and a dinner knife.
