Pope Pius III: His Facebook fan page says it all, but that may be because he served as pope for less time than William Henry Harrison served as POTUS.
This recording was initially intended more as final preparation for a live performance than for inclusion on our RPM project. We even went back and tried the concept a few more times later on in the month, but this one stood out as the selection with the strongest execution.
Having not learned how to play flute in the traditional sense, I have instead elected to skip over boring proficiency and immerse myself directly into the depths of extended technique that even the finest flutists dare not find themselves.
