Kinderstash

A riff song about using a kid's room to hide contraband. Two tube amps, a 1970's generic-brand Japanese drum kit and some other stuff.

The lyrics as written were:

It's where I go when I don't have enough
The tiny bedroom where I hide all my stuff
Shiny boxes full of powder and cash
Kinderstash

In your room it's inside all the walls
Hidden inside every one of your dolls
He can search through every room he destroys
But he won't find the things I put in all your favourite toys

A secret hideaway for all of my things
Under the animals and colourful rings
And when there's nothing left but garbage and ash
Kinderstash

In your room it's inside all the walls
Hidden inside every one of your dolls
He can search through every room he destroys
But he won't find the things I put in all your favourite toys

I recorded the verses but ended up scrapping them at the end because it detracted from the riffyness and I think it made the song too goofy, it's goofy enough.
Plus I couldn't sing it in any way that appealed to me.

Chococat rawks! This is hilarious--both the premise and the delivery.

Sounds great. Rifforama. Love the guitar sound and the vox processing.

Neat song! Wished I could have understood the lyrics as sung, but I pretty much know nothing about creating music and probably it sounds just like you wanted it to. I wished it were longer. :)
