Paris 1919

A perfectly good John Cale song, ruined by yrs truly last night.

I had an evening to myself, figured I may as well try to record something. Did this very quickly, so all the wonderful mistakes are intact. Except for the drumming--that is unmistakably bad.

At any rate, this is a cover I've been messing with for a while. Always wondered what it would sound like in a band setting. As it turns out, it sounds like Failure. The band, I mean.

Nice! I love the original and yours is a good take on it.

This has a totally different feel than the original (which I love), but in a very good way--for me, this is one that you'd have to do in a rather different way to be able to do it justice. This worked for me, quite nicely. Well done.
