helmet

As you stood there with your helmet off, I remembered getting hit with frozen tennis balls (because they always forced me to play goal.) kind of a song about being scared...of a violent helmetted guy. really a demo, but when i tried to do it 'for real' it sucked. so i like this one despite the faults.

Good stuff. This sounds Fountains of Wayne-esque in a good, catchy way. I will definitely have to come back for another listen tomorrow, because one side of my headphones crapped out on me tonight and I know I'm missing a whole lot of the sound here, but even in mono it sounds great.

Kind of TMBG in the stream-of-experience lyrical style as well as understated vocals. "Dr. Worm"-esque.
