A mid-tempo piece, built around the opening drum riff. Carbon 7 is an improvisational jazz/space/rock trio that just makes it up on the spot.
A spontaneous composition recorded at Dennis' house back in December of 2012, this has slowly become one of my favorite things we've done. We pretty much get right to the point behind Dennis' rhythmic concept, and Ron the keyboardist just owns this melodically. One of the more measured things that he's done. I'm pretty sure I'm playing my Thunderbird bass on this one.
Music for sculling, meandering, and gazing towards the horizon from hilltops.
