The Hanging Tree

Arrangement of a song from The Hunger Games novels as a round.
When I read the passage in Mockingjay where Katniss sings this song with the titular birds, I had an image in my head of the phrases blending together into harmony, the listeners rediscovering the fact that this song is meant to be sung in a round.
The melody I came up with is loosely based on a couple of other traditional rounds but is otherwise original to me.

Definitely - personally, I really liked the second and third books for all of the darkness they explored, and all of the complications that got tossed into the story.
Oh, also, if you're having trouble distinguishing the lyrics, I wanted to note that I panned the vocals so if you listen in headphones and just concentrate on one side it should be a little easier.
