It doesn't sound so simple! Very epic layering happening here. Very full. It doesn't really sound like the band American Football, but it still somehow brought their LP3 to mind. Great track!

I close my eyes and am transported to 1990, laying in bed at night, listening to some band I wished I could sound like. Interesting chord progressions and interplay between melodies. The drop at 2:00 is very slick. I'd listen to a livestream of songs like this—great to listen to when you're paying attention, but also nice to have floating in the other room while you're doing other stuff in the kitchen.

Also, totally doesn't need lyrics.
