Breakbeats are such a curious thing of the era, and I'm still amazed that fast drumming (in some form) got into the mainstream.

This evokes Flash restaurant menus, cloud backgrounds, and the PowerPuff Girls.

Also, for a sample especially, the sax riff meshes really well. Playing just the beginning of it a few times before letting it run is just kind of the phrasing you might hear from a human player.
