A granular synth piece fed by a crunchy field recording.
This was made using a two-second sample I recorded at a forest preserve last weekend, along with a version of my graph-controlled granular synth tool that I added a delay feedback loop to. (This is what that ugly character looks like.) This is my response to the Junto prompt to use a field recording and feedback.

this has a very Early Pink Floyd feeling to it. It's not just a two-second sample, it's an interesting soundscape. Hey I live near Middlesex Fells now! I've also wanted to try one of those Disquiet Junto thingies, I keep getting their email and like "no time" but summer's coming up, and I'll have time, for both the Middlesex Fells and to make sounds with computers.
