nice small plate
Percussive acoustic guitar through tape echo, with processed vocal. I don't know what you call this kind of music.
This one has maybe the most tracks of any song I've ever made. [more inside]
Late night drinking and making music. It's not so much dancing as it is thrashing around and breaking things, but to each his own. [more inside]
A short track inspired by Super Mario World. [more inside]
The Flank of Bridenstein
I had a bit of fun with this: it's about a relationship gone wrong. I believe that the dual bass part is rhythmically interesting. Double bass and synth bass rhythmically intertwine and are coupled with a synth trumpet. There may be some Brian Eno influences a la The Drop. My album is available for $5 download at CD Baby: The Dividing Range. http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/theseedsofautumn
breaking in the clogs
made with small wooden boxes and bicycle spokes. Very dancy, if you dance kinda funny. [more inside]
sew it girl
you'll never guess what instruments are in it. [more inside]
Downtempo! Meandering beat, melodic electronic. I'm kind of into making synthesizers sound like samples right now, so everything came out of a synth of some sort. [more inside]
Orbital- Halcyon+off (fm campers remix)
The remix I did for the song that changed the way I perceived music, forever. [more inside]
High dynamic range and distortion wrapped in a a heartbeat-like 73 BPM.
Ibot Ubot Robot Nobot
An upbeat synthy breaksy tune. The final version of what previously sounded like this, but with samples stripped out for a cleaner effect.
we knew he was out there
muffled, glitchy beats in five layers [more inside]
while making an attempt to escape the city
Howling wind ambience, strongly beat-oriented, and spikes of high and low notes
Messing around with Ableton Live. It might be too long, but I don't care. [more inside]
A breakbeat/big beat spy song -- one part Propellerheads ripoff, one part Space Ghost nonsense. [more inside]
After reading this Wikipedia entry in songs in unusual time signatures, I decided to try to put together a piece along the same lines. Except all the various rhythm and instrumental parts have different time signatures, including free time. Oh well.
An Urgent Intimacy Awash Their Hearts
A study on electronic vs. acoustic elements, with a slant towards elementary canon-type stylings. Written and recorded on one rainy night. Recently remastered for a 'best of 2002-2006' compilation.

Brief, speedy bleepiness.
Reprising the first version of this track, with a bit more zip at the end...
Quiet beats, with details hidden underneath blankets of filters
Whirly, hurly and rub-a-dub-dub.
Volts, volts, volts!
