If you could transport this song back in time to about 1988-1989 and get it on the Dr. Demento show, it would have been my favorite crazy/surreal song of all time. In this timeline it's still probably "Fish Heads." But it's close.

"Fish Heads" is pretty amazing, but I honestly think that if I heard this song at the same point in my life that I first heard "Fish Heads" I would have preferred this. It is really great.
