This is a song I've loved for a long time by the Minneapolis band Trip Shakespeare. For some reason, now felt like a good time to cover it.

Catchy and calming. I like your simplified, Elliott Smith-ish take on the original.

I'm not familiar with the original, but ditto what Corduroy said on that falsetto. Nice sounding recording overal, too -- very organic. Aces!

Again, amazing sounding vocals. I really like the vulnerable half-falsetto. All of it works really well with the bare guitar. Wonderful!
