BTW, do you mean "sente" as in the Go/Baduk/Weiqi term? I lost a couple years of my life to that game... :-)

yes, 'sente' is the go term. can one say that obama had it, in spades?

'had your chance, muffed it' might just have to suffice as an epitaph for the united states of america. where is kurt vonnegut when we truly need him?
