Drunk Again

Boozy lounger from
Inchoatery.
I posted
a demo of this early last month; this is less different from that than a lot of the final tracks are compared to their demo versions, since I kept the instrumentation more or less the same.
Recordings of the various instrumental tracks are much cleaner in general, however, and there's a bit more to the lyrics than previously (thanks in part to a suggestion from micayetoca in the demo thread).
I also played with spacing out the vocal sounds for this; I wanted something a little more unraveled, and so I used some panning, filtering, and echo to mush things up a bit.
Since this fades over to the next trap, the ending is a little abrupt in isolation. That accelerate-and-fade move was one of the things I was worried about after doing the original demos, and I'm not totally satisfied with how it worked out but I think it's good enough to do the job.

Unless of course, you'd rather be alone...
Cool shift into three there at the end, sure didn't see that coming! And the speedup rushing to the piano-solo the tape-cut end. Nice touches!
