(Tumble) in the Wind [cover]

Here is a cover of the song (Tumble) in the Wind by Jackson C. Frank. I was drawn to this song by the way he is ostensibly singing to someone, but it feels distinctly like there really isn't anyone he is singing to. Piano, reversed piano, attempt at falsetto, ramshackle percussion.

i like it, except for the percussion. That reversed piano is a nice touch, i'll have to try something like that next time I'm around a piano.

Yes. I love everything but the percussion at the beginning. Great singing and melody!

Hahah, oh percussion, I'll never know what to do with you. It's actually one of my favorite aspects of this recording. I really appreciate the listening and the comments, thank you!

Hey this is really great! Funny thing that folks are mentioning the percussion...it sounds to me like a great foley effect for making popcorn! Awesome!

I like the percussion in that it could be done as a wave of weird sound. Maybe if you added it more gradually, coming and going in waves? Otherwise, I liked the piano, and this is one of my favorite songs ever.
