Beautiful man, cross between a shanty and some nice folk - nice mix. Agree on the reverb: very very nice. I know how damned hard it is on a banjo to get some sort of alternating bass / high note riff going on with fingerpiccking (flat picking?) due to the strings being so easy to over tone but I think you accomplish it very well in this piece.
Thematically it sounds like something from Old school sid meirs Colonization or playing a board game of Le Havre - very merchanty / trading post vibe - people laughing and swapping various sundries. Lovely sound, record it longer, get an acordion / melodian player and a female vocalist - and you will have yourself one band sir.
Blinding :)

This is kinda short, but darnit, it's beautiful! I could definitely stand to hear more if you have some. I love the echo/reverb you're using. I'm gonna try that the next time I record banjo.
