Four

I'm ducking out of the woodshed for a moment to meet this month's "pantsless" challenge. I recorded this with no warm-up, first thing after waking up. It's a take on the Miles Davis standard "Four."
A few of you might know my antagonistic attitudes toward Miles Davis, since I've blathered about that a bit here. Well, I can respect the man, and I guess it's worth it to try to "bury the hatchet" by doing a good version of one of his songs. Mine clearly isn't as fast as the iconic version he did with John Coltrane, but, well, it's a thing. Don't really know where my playing is going, but it's going somewhere. Anyway, I'm going back to bed.

I still don't really understand your beef with Davis, but that's no matter. This is really beautiful to listen to. Good show!
