From my new band, Flutes - a strange, psychedelic and folky Scottish tale that builds into an enormous freak-out!
Recorded at Chem 19 (home to Mogwai/Arab Strap/Teenage Fanclub) near Glasgow, and produced by Jamie Savage.
Guests jazz clarinetist Trish Clowes (Basho Records) and Louise McMonagle (Scottish Chamber Orchestra) on cello.
I'm on bass, BVs and piano.
Released yesterday. Enjoy!

That's really good. What a lovely arrangement.
Do you have gigs lined up? For obvious reasons, googling "flutes band glasgow" isn't very helpful!

Thanks! We're playing London on December 6, and Glasgow December 14 at Nice n' Sleazys.
The Glasgow show in particular is shaping up to have really good line-up of fairly well-known bands/singer-songwriters...
