Beach Pajama Party!

Song #6 in my less-and-less-aptly-named Unu Kanto Po Semajno series. Kinda poppy and abstract... you know those old Beach & Surf movies of the late 1950's, early 1960's -- the kind starring Annette Funicello and Frankie Avalon? Or like, Sally Field in Gidget? This is the kinda music I'd wanna dub over the original score.

I think this soundtrack would make you think some kind of subtext you didn't quite catch visually was happening in the movie. Like, maybe these guys are sad because they're gay but they can't come out.

Yeah, or during the noodly parts, there's some part of the plot being explicated where it turns out one of them is actually down with the beatniks and a drug freak. And possibly gay but can't come out. AND THEN THE DANCING STARTS UP AGAIN!

I instinctively starting doing The Jerk and I don't even know what that is. This is clamorously great.

The beat that all the kids love. Glow in the dark surf boards for everyone.
