I lived in a house in Kelowna, B.C. for a few months with my Katimavik group, and in the basement we found a guitar with only four strings. It was tuned to a hauntingly nice chord, and the first four notes of this song are the only notes the guitar could play (the fretboard and neck were bent far beyond usability.) The rest is, well, variations on a theme, I guess.

Note: the song was composed, written, and produced in the span of one hour on the junky computer provided to the house via the neighbor's garbage. I installed FLStudio just for the purpose of creating it. I'm actually surprised how well it turned out.

This could be a hidden track on the Sid and Nancy soundtrack. Champion work, tehloki.

One hour? You basserd!

you know the part of the movie when things seem impossible and doomed and the protagonist is walking/driving in the night, in the rain, or just somewhere deserted and warehousey, discovering himself/herself? this is playing in the background.

Hee, thanks for the feedback, guys. I've always thought I was composing soundtracks to video games or movies that didn't exist.

I like it a lot. It makes me think of Run Lola Run, but I don't know why.
