I should have included this as a [more inside], but this was inspired by a girl I knew in high school that I saw a few years later at a Best Buy.

Bah, I like the chorus as is. A while back, I think it was flapjax, who wrote here about standard forms, rock, pop etc.

I mention it because you've taken what could be considered a standard form and really made it distinctly yours. Oh, yea, and it kicks ass too.

Thanks. The drums are fairly inconsistent, the bass is sloppy, I like the guitar tone, one of the few solos I like... hit and miss, as usual.
