Lazerhawk Rising: Scourge Of The Moonless Depths

This is an instrumental metal recording dating back to 1999, made on a four track with an Alesis SR-16 drum machine. From an aborted/abandoned concept album previously mentioned.

Words were intended to be written, thus the verse/chorus/verse song structure, but I was never confident enough in my vocal abilities to attempt the task and all attempts years later to record with a vocalist were lost in a tragic bong-meets-laptop incident.

I love where the "kick drum" does 16th notes. I'm picturing two drummers, each with a double bass drum pedal on opposite sides of a concert bass drum (stuffed with couch pillows, as was the fashion at the time).
