This Boy

Cover. Obviously.

Not an especially imaginative interpretation, it was more like an exercise to see if I could figure out all the parts.
I find that I learn a ton about song structure and arranging by trying to figure out how bands record stuff, particularly how everything fits together.
Kinda sloppy as usual.

Beatles songs are great for that, aren't they? They were a fucking band. Even when they weren't. This is good.

Wow. One of my favorite Beatles' songs, and you've done a great job with it. Your vocals are great for the song. I feel like you've increased the "This Boy"-ness of the song by like 20%. Like you've made a reduction sauce of it. Thanks.

Wow. This is great. I seriously admire your vocal control.

This is almost like an art class master copy, and I mean that in the best way. I think sitting down and really dissecting (reverse engineering?) a great work is an underrated undertaking.
