Another track from my last-minute RPM Challenge entry, "The Very Best of Spaz Rock - Volume I: Monsters of Spaz." Kind of a laid back, funky/clunky little number with soothing moments.

This is another one I played drums on. Like all the tracks on "Monsters of Spaz," we recorded the basic tracks for this one during a marathon improvisational session we held this past Friday the 13th. Since then I've been staying up into the wee hours, digging down deep into all the sonic muck we produced looking for the shiniest musical gems, which I then mixed and rearranged to produce "The Very Best of Spaz Rock." I'm pleased to report I finally finished mastering the last of the final mixes for the RPM Challenge at about 2:30 AM last night. Can't wait to finally see my wife again and to get some sleep tonight.

Hey congrats on finishing up. This track kicks ASS and would make a great extended jam. It sounds very thoughtful/deep and in a very rockin' way.

I really like this one, saulgoodman. I love those ghosts notes on the snare and the way the hi-hat and the snare work together. The general vibe reminds me of the song "Ry Cooder" by Tortoise, which is the song I like the most from them.
