HAPPY HOUR CAN LAST ALL NIGHT (Instrumental)

November 15, 2009 9:56 AM

A little bit of Jazz topped with a few blues riffs on a funky little plate placed on a table of natural ambiance.

In a smoke filled club many gather for the low cost drunken orgy known as HAPPY HOUR. As the band plays the intoxicated people sway to the rhythm in a weird sort of chaotic order.

This is a little dedication to one of the, in my opinion, greatest TV Series ever. MAD MEN!!
The season just ended so I'm bummed a bit.

There will be vocals to this. I'm just having a hard time writing them at the moment. As always I hope you like it.

Knock-out sound man - really impressive. Terrific groove. Love the sub-Weather Report start (ever heard "Black Market"? - bet you have!!). I know this is an instrumental, but I kind of felt that a vocal would really top it off. I can hear something in my head that would go with it - a kind of chanted thing............

Thank you. I can hear the vocals as well, I just cant seem to get the flow right. I don't know, this may be one of my blocks rearing its ugly head again.

Major, You have totally peeked my curiosity by giving it a chanted feel. Hmmmmm..... It's not the way this song was intended to be, however, I am very curious to hear your vision. If you would like to lay some magic upon it's waves please feel free.
