So Fuckin' Free

The second track off my new album, Inchoatery. Sort of a pop-rock braggadocio, the euphoric declarations of someone still feeling the relief instead of the pain of a breakup a long time in the coming.

Man, I'm really loving how your guitars are building shit up...pretty anthemic and a little Jimmy Pagey, while not being stuck in the '70s.

Forgive me, but I think each F word could be a little more pronounced...FFFFFUCK...a little more pissed off, but then again I'm an old punker.

This is definitely an anthem and is so good I will listen to it many more times!

This song has one of my favorite vocal performances of yours. And it's another good melody and arrangement!

I really like the chord progressions and lead lines. Knowing the context and sequence of this track as part of this collection, I appreciate the humor in the lyrics, delivery and particularly in the use of the backing vocals. Nicely done.

This is so goddamned good, man. It's like Jeff Lynne and Peter Gabriel got drunk together in 1978, realized they needed to rock more, and stumbled into a studio to work it out.

But I'll bet you knew how much I would love it. Heh. Thanks for this - seriously.
