Rough cut of a song I worked on today.

I got the "brillant" idea to hook my Korg DS-10 equipped Nintendo DS to my distortion pedal. Things happened, a drum machine entered the mix, and I have this.

I realize I am not the greatest ever when it comes to music, the phrase timing is off on some of the beats, the levels are off, and there's a lot of noise. I think there's a lot of room for improvement here, but I'd love to see the end result. So I'm open to advice.

Fun fact: plugging my laptop into the wall caused too much noise, thus I had to synchronize everything and record within the span it takes my laptop's battery to discharge, which is about 20 minutes

I like the way the white noise in the very beginning (and end) still has some sort of beat to it.

Actually, I'm not hearing any "noise" that bothers me, and the beats never struck me as being off (I especially like those claps, btw) -- I think the thing is loose (organic?) enough that it's maybe not noticeable to anyone but you.

My favorite part is where that main riff is sort of breaking apart, around 3:00 - 3:15.

I'm not all that familiar with Daft Punk, but "lo-fi Daft Punk" is what I'm thinking.

I can't hear any noise, but I'm wearing noise canceling headphones.

You are in my book. For lack of a better phrase, this is what I would call "My favorite type of electronic music". It's got the beat, dead simple and straight forward (which is ironically the most advanced and modern approach humans have ever taken to the rhythm) and the killer saw waves, cutting up my brain, playing lines that no human would/could ever conceive on a single dimension of keyboard.
