I was just having fun playing that cute White Stripes classic while messing around with Garageband effects I didn't realize existed, but I enjoyed what came out so I thought I'd post it.

That ramshackle percussion is nice, and the bass thrum too.
I like the high -- keyboard? -- part that comes in near the end; sounds like whirling plastic tubes.

Thanks! Yeah, the vocals are doubled, and I recorded them in the totally empty room I just moved into, so there is a little tiny room reverb bounced on them, too.
Karlos, that part at the end is just double tracked whistling, and then one lower whistle track which has some "Deep Space Drums Reverb" on it (one of the effects I didn't realize existed). But whirling plastic tubes sounds better.

This is great Corduroy, I really like it alot. It's cool that you've cooked this up with your own signature sauce and still kept the sweetness of the original.
