The Whitney Waltz

The Whitney building is a "campus" of the Royal Ottawa Hospital. It's where the authorities evaluated Paul Bernardo and where I spent some quality time in 1997, on the 5th floor, a locked ward. This is a short reflection of that time in 3/4.
