Silver Bells

Every year I like to do at least one Holiday tune for myself, family & friends.

For some reason I picked Silver Bells. I recorded all the music back around late Oct early Nov. I was really having trouble with the vocals. Seems I couldn't find my Holiday voice this year or just the vocals did not ever sound good to me. I re-sang this about 20 times, maybe I just got sick of hearing myself. I finally decided to use these takes tonight. The internet was out for the evening and it gave me time to get a mix Im kinda happy with. Mind you I do this for me mostly but I like to share. Anyway Happy Holidays going in to season count down.

This is great man, definitely going on my tree-trimming playlist! (Your voice sounds right on BTW.)

Very sweet, and I'm surprised I don't recognize this Christmas tune... I like that clonk-ing sound after "strings of stop-lights".

Thank you both really means alot to hear this. I was worried I didn't quite capture the Christmas spirit even though I had it in me it did not feel like it....Means alot Happy Holidays. I toyed with the clonk-ing sound trying to do it with my mouth but ended up using a keyboard sound for those parts but I did leave the mouth parts in also.
