This is pretty. This is just a matter of personal taste, but the guitar tone is too chime-y for me, especially compared to your other recordings. It has a bit of that 80s/90s ovation sound. Did you use the pickup on an acoustic/electric? It might work better to mic it. The pattern is nice, though.

umbú - totally agree. It's the usual acoustic guitar, but I used a direct-in rather than mic'ing it. The sound is definitely different and not in a way I like (pickups also pick up fret buzz in a different / more annoying way than mics). Definitely going to stick to mics whenever I have the energy to set my little setup up.
