Sustain

Short little thing, decent guitars and frustrating digital drums.

They're quiet and compact, but you miss by a millimeter and you're done. Also, I've been using Reaper and enjoying it, anybody else?

Yeah, I dunno how I feel about the drums. The song has a nice slurry, draggy feeling that I dig, but -- you know what? It might just be the hi-hat that's bugging me -- it's keeping clock-like time while the rest of the song is just hanging out.

But I like the refrain, in particular, and it's just the right length.

From your description I wasn't expecting much, but this is great. I love your guitars and vocals and the drums seem to do what they're supposed to do. Sweet song, man!

(FWIW, I'm frustrated with digi drums too. I use a korg keyboard for drums and tapping keys for percussion just doesn't feel right.)
