Boston Jig

Getting in just under the wire for the May/June city song challenge, this is a short little banjo tune from Buckley's New Banjo Method of 1860. Fretless minstrel banjo, parlor guitar, bones and tambourine.

I love this, particularly the percussion which is perfect.

I still need to acquire a jawbone, which would round out the percussion suite.

Cool! (I was moved to brush off my Irish dancing from long ago and tried to dance a little jig round my living room but it's fast so I had to stop before I broke something.)
