I made this one today with a tiny low-quality string sample. This particular mix dances between halftime and doubletime throughout. I hope you can dig it.

fingers_of_fire, I use a few. The source material sampling is usually manipulated with Cool Edit Pro. I try to do any synth generating with Reason/equivalent and then I set-up all up with the ease of Fruity Loops.

Nice. Love the aliasing/hiss that goes along with those pizzicato string samples. And I hope you won't be offended, and you'll know what I mean, when I say that I find this really dopey, in a very endearing way.
