Sad slow self-pitying muted acoustic thing!

This is pretty old, I only had a crappy mp3 of it for years, recently found the original wav, decided to give it some work. The lyrics actually mean something different to me now, which is kinda cool.

I like this, it's definitely all about the guitar though. The vocals seem a bit half-formed, more intentional than complete, but that totally works for me.

The vocals remind me of stuff I did in the middle of the night, when I didn't wanna wake up the roomates, or the kid, etc., but I just had to get it out at that moment. That whispery, close-to-the-mic sound.

The guitar has a nice chord progression, good, flowing choices in order, and some interesting but not jarring variations not normally found on the regular ol' chord toolbox.

I have just been listening to Sebadoh, and this reminds me of that kinda "I'm right next to you singing this, on the couch" vibe.
