Old Greasy Coat+

usonian's "Old Greasy Coat" from a few days ago, extended in the middle and accompanied on fiddle.
I really enjoyed usonian's clawhammer Old Greasy Coat from a few days ago, and had pulled it into Anytune and looped it to play along to. (It, like so many modal tunes, is really good for a long trance-inducing jam.) I figured I'd record a bit to share with usonian, and he suggested I post it, so here it is!
I looped the banjo part a couple of times to extend it, then played around a bit with my new electric 5-string fiddle over the top. I'm still getting used to the instrument, but the ability to tune to DGDGD is pretty neat!
Any other old-time players want to do a planned collaboration? I'll make a MusicTalk post.
