Results: Methodological Considerations

Turns out, a wall of text you can hardly pronounce and don't understand is easier to read in a single take when you sing it. [more inside]

orange light over mevagissey bay

There have been a lot of sightings of the same UFO over Mid Cornwall, going back for years. I've seen it twice now. It's a pulsating orange light that acts like a Chinese lantern, but is MUCH too high up for that. Does anybody know what it is? I wrote a song about it! [more inside]

Reflections on a Mote of Dust

I wrot ethis electronic piece after reading Pale Blue Dot by Carl Sagan. He writes on one specific photograph taken from deep space, and coins our earth a "mote of dust" in the cosmic landscape. This piece was inspired by use of imagery in the sound design, as well as Carl Sagan's musings in Pale Blue Dot. Dark Lord Kromdor

The result of a night of drinking and foolish songwriting. The words (i hesitate to call them lyrics) were written indepently by 5 different people. The music is two guys on guitars and one guy banging on a stop sign.

Back He Flew Away

Inspired by the Gullah singers of the Georgia Sea Islands, with their marvelous a capella style. My friends and I sat in a half circle in my living room and as each singer took a turn leaning in to sing the lead, the others all around filled all the little spaces with harmonies.
