The Plan

I love this song! Upbeat, dancy, kind of weird.

Lyrics by the guitar player, William H. Doolittle and he's singing. I'm playing fiddle and jawharp. This song is a lot of fun to play live after a few drinks.
The gang vocal response is basically all of our friends who were hanging out in the barn when we were recording.

I don't know how it is usually done, whether it is normal to record bluegrass bands playing live in barns or not, but it definitely was a great call. How much of it was played simultaneously and how much was overdubbed?

Ditto: I need a barn

Great tune. Real freewheeling party fare.

Pretty much all simultaneously - we overlaid some of the gang vocals when more people came over and I laid the jawharp track over the fiddle. (Can't play jawhard and fiddle at the same time.... yet....)

1. I love this song too.

2. EVERYBODY should have access to a barn...for musical purposes.

3. My dog just ran outside, dug up a bone and brought it to me with his tail wagging...I think he wants me to give it to YOU, Baby_Balrog!
