I'm Going to Bangor

April 1, 2010 9:29 PM

Another rehearsal demo for my Irish-American band, the Peter O'Tooles. This one is a bit naughty. Apologies to anybody actually from Bangor.

LYRICS:
I'm going to Bangor I'm going with her
I ain't made no promises about what may occur
We got a hotel room with a single bed
But we may just use the floor instead
The things I'll do the things I'll s-s-s-s-see
I'm going to Bangor and then she'll bang me

I'm going to Bangor in the County Down
I'm going to Bangor up down and all around
And she'll come with me if I do things right
And then she'll come with me a second time tonight
Why stop at two let's go for th-th-th-th-three
I'm going to Bangor and then she'll bang me

I'm going to Bangor and I've come prepared
Cologne haircut whiskey and some rubber wear
She's giving me looks that I think that I should know
She's got her own ideas about where we should go
The things I'll do the things I'll s-s-s-s-see
I'm going to Bangor and then she'll bang me

Funnily enough, there's another Bangor in north Wales. I caught a ferry there to Ireland once. Sounds like you're in some danger of catching a whole lot more...........

I Caught a Ferry In North Wales sounds like a possible song title.

If I was from Bangor, I would not be offended.

These P. O'Tooles songs are pretty cool. I dig the vocals.
